Goldilocks and The 3 Bears Emergent Reader Freebie

Hi Blogging Friends!  It is cold and rainy here... great day for a little blog stalking!
I hope all of you have been doing great.  I missed 2 days of school this week because I had some kind of flu bug.  I am not 100% but as teachers we must go on..... :)
This past week we read a lot of  fairy tales and studying these in our guided reading groups.  I made this cute emergent reader for one of my guided reading groups.  It contains a lot of sight words from TRC/Dibles.  I thought you might like it too.  My kinders had a lot of fun taping Goldilocks to a 0opsicle stick and using her to help read the story.  It is a 9 page book in color but you can set your printer to run it in gray scale if you would like.  It is also easy to assemble!  Just print, cut in half, staple and you have 2 books.
Google docs is not cooperating with me today..... :(  Is anyone else having this problem?  Please visit my Teachers notebook shop or Teachers Pay Teachers shop to download for free.

I am sorry to have to send you there but, I think you will won't mind after seeing this cute book.
If you go there, I would appreciate it if you would follow my shops!

Also, this week Teaching Blog Addict is hosting a Dr. Seuss Week giveaway!  More to come on this tomorrow..... so stay tuned in for some fun freebies!

Graphics used to make the Goldilocks and 3 Bears book--- Scrappin doodles!
Use the code February2012 to get a discount of 15% off of all orders over $5 at Scrappin Doodles.... Denyse has made some really cute graphics... just click on her button on the right side of my blog to go there!

Wow! I love this little reader AND everything that you do! I'm tickled to follow you on TpT and on your blog...when you're feeling better, would you consider posting more about your fairy tale unit? I'm starting fairy tales next week and could use some fresh ideas to get me going!
Thanks!

I know what you mean! Google docs used to let you embed documents too, but then goodness knows what happened. I used scribd today for my blog.

Oh, and thanks for sharing! :)

I can't wait to download your book! Thanks for sharing!

I just found your blog through Lil' Country Kindergarten. I can't wait to look around a bit more.

I'd love it if you'd come over to my blogs as well. I currently have three blogs. I write a home blog (my most widely read blog), a literacy blog, and a kindergarten blog. My literacy and kindergarten blogs are fairly new, so I'd love to get the word out about them. My main website is www.homeiswheremystorybegins.com. From there, you can get to all of my blogs. I'd love any advice you have for breaking into the teaching blog world. I feel like I have a pretty good start with my home blog, but no one seems to be reading my other two. Any suggestions for me would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks for taking the time to help out a new teacher-blogger!
