Just chugging along.....

Yoooohoooo!  I am joining Little Miss Kindergarten for my first linky party!  Her linky party is all about dice and how you use them in the classroom.... I wish I had a picture to show you all my dice...  I have an obsession and  I probably  need an intervention.  I have numeral dice in all forms, alphabet, picture, shapes....large, medium, small ... I think I could start my own casino. :)   I believe dice or in teacher terms "random number generators" are a valuable learning tool for children.  This past Easter I found frog egg holders.  My kinder kids had a blast shaking their dice in them for whatever game they were playing at the time.  Right now my dice are stored at school in a large ziplock bag, but I love the storage idea that Empowering Little Learners uses to store her dice.   Here is a dice game that I would love to share with you.   You can get the game and directions here  and here. I cut the second page, taped it together and then laminated it.   I hope you enjoy it all my blogging friends!  If you download,  please think about joining Little Miss Kindergarten here:  It's Getting Dicey Linky Party!
