I hope everyone has had a great week. I am so glad Friday is right around the corner! Today a 5th grade teacher and I teamed up so that our kiddos can work together once a week. We see it as a win-win situation where both classes will benefit educationally as well as socially!
My kinders need extra practice with writing their numerals 6-10. This is a quick roll and write game that I plan on laminating. I have a few blank foam dice where I will write the numerals on each face. Since there are only 5 numerals... I think on the last face on the dice, I will draw a pumpkin. If my kinder rolls the pumpkin, they will find a friend and orally count to them. It will be a good time for me to assess their counting ability. We have been working on counting to 100 through songs. Just click on the pic to download! :)
I know patterning is not a common core goal, but my county is expecting us to teach patterning. This is just a fast morning work activity I am going to use to see how my kinders are doing! You can download that activity here.

I have been thinking for a long time now about opening a TPT store. I haven't done it because I enjoy making things and love sharing with you. On the other hand there are many things I can't share because of the graphic artist's terms of use.
